Thermomix Shipping & Delivery in Canada: Province-by-Province Guide
How long does Thermomix delivery take in Canada, and where does it ship from?
Vorwerk Canada ships the TM7 from a central Canadian warehouse via Canada Post and partner carriers. Typical delivery is 2 to 5 business days in Ontario and Quebec, 3 to 7 days in BC, Alberta, and the Prairies, 5 to 10 days to Atlantic Canada, and up to 14 days for the Territories and remote addresses. Every new TM7 ships free across every Canadian province and territory when you shop through my consultant link, which waives Vorwerk's $75 TM7 shipping fee.
The Short Answer
Vorwerk Canada ships the Thermomix TM7 from a central Canadian warehouse using Canada Post and partner carriers. Delivery runs 2 to 5 business days in Ontario and Quebec, 3 to 7 business days in British Columbia, Alberta, and the Prairies, 5 to 10 business days to Atlantic Canada, and up to 14 business days to the Territories and remote addresses. Every new TM7 ships free to every Canadian province and territory when you shop through my consultant link. That is the $75 TM7 shipping fee Vorwerk would otherwise charge, waived at checkout. There are no excluded postal codes. There are no regional surcharges.

Province-by-Province Delivery Times
These timelines are measured from the day Vorwerk processes your order, not from the day you click checkout. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Add that to the transit times below for a realistic door-to-door estimate.
| Province or Territory | Major Cities | Typical Transit |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Windsor, Kingston | 2 to 5 business days |
| Quebec | Montreal, Quebec City, Gatineau, Sherbrooke, Laval | 2 to 5 business days |
| British Columbia | Vancouver, Victoria, Surrey, Burnaby, Kelowna | 3 to 7 business days |
| Alberta | Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge | 3 to 7 business days |
| Saskatchewan | Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert | 3 to 6 business days |
| Manitoba | Winnipeg, Brandon | 3 to 6 business days |
| Nova Scotia | Halifax, Sydney, Dartmouth | 5 to 10 business days |
| New Brunswick | Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John | 5 to 10 business days |
| Prince Edward Island | Charlottetown, Summerside | 5 to 10 business days |
| Newfoundland and Labrador | St. John's, Corner Brook, Mount Pearl | 6 to 12 business days |
| Yukon | Whitehorse | 7 to 14 business days |
| Northwest Territories | Yellowknife, Inuvik | 7 to 14 business days |
| Nunavut | Iqaluit and other communities | 7 to 14 business days |
Rural and remote addresses at the edge of each province can run longer than the figures above. If you are in a community served only by Canada Post air carrier (parts of the Arctic, parts of coastal BC and Labrador), expect the long end of the range. The free shipping offer still applies; remote is not a surcharge zone.

How the Shipping Process Actually Works
The flow from your click to your door:
- You check out through my consultant link. The $75 TM7 shipping fee is waived automatically before you confirm the order.
- Vorwerk sends an order confirmation by email, usually within one business day.
- Vorwerk processes the order at the Canadian warehouse. This takes 1 to 3 business days depending on the current TM7 volume.
- The TM7 ships via Canada Post or partner carrier, with a tracking number emailed to you at handoff.
- Transit happens on the province-specific timelines above.
- Signature on delivery. The TM7 is a high-value shipment. Carriers require a signature at the door. If you are not home, a card is left for pickup at the nearest post office or for re-delivery.
- I follow up within 24 to 48 hours of your delivery notification. I walk you through unboxing, Wi-Fi setup, Cookidoo account activation, and the first Guided Cooking session.
What About Customs or Duties?
None. The TM7 ships domestically within Canada. There are no customs fees, no import duties, no cross-border GST or HST reconciliation. The price you see at checkout includes applicable Canadian sales tax for your province, and that is the full amount. If you are comparing Vorwerk's Canadian channel to a grey-market European or US import, the customs and warranty story is the reason that math never works out in favour of the import. See the Amazon Canada breakdown for details on why third-party imports fail the math.
Apartments, Buzzers, and Remote Addresses
Carrier behaviour varies a little by region and by carrier, but the pattern for a TM7 delivery is consistent:
- Apartment and condo buildings: The carrier will buzz the unit. If no answer, they leave a card for pickup at the nearest Canada Post depot. In buildings with a concierge or receiving desk, the package is signed for on the building's behalf. Let the concierge know a Thermomix is incoming.
- Houses: Signature at the door. If no one is home and the property does not have a secure drop location, a card is left.
- Rural addresses: The carrier may hand off to a local contractor for the last-mile leg. Delivery windows are wider. Tracking updates at a slower cadence.
- PO boxes: The TM7 is shipped to street addresses only. Vorwerk Canada does not ship to PO boxes, since the package is too large for most PO box sizes and the signature requirement cannot be met.
- Workplace delivery: You can ship a TM7 to an office if someone is there to sign. If your workplace has a shipping and receiving department, use that address and flag the inbound shipment.

Holiday Shipping Windows
Two periods of the year tighten the delivery math:
- Late November through late December (Black Friday through Christmas). Canada Post volume surges and carrier capacity tightens. If you want a TM7 under the tree, order by mid-November at the latest for the Prairies, Atlantic, and Territories. Ontario, Quebec, BC, and Alberta buyers can order later but should not cut it closer than the first week of December.
- Late June through early August. Summer volume is lighter, but Vorwerk's warehouse may run reduced processing hours around Canada Day and the August civic long weekend. Expect an extra 1 to 2 days of processing time during these weeks.
Note that Vorwerk Canada does not run a Black Friday discount on the TM7 (see the promo codes page for why). The only thing that changes during the holiday window is shipping timelines.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Rare but it happens. If the TM7 arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows delivery but the package never reached your door, the resolution path is:
- Do not unbox or power on the unit if there is visible shipping damage. Photograph the box as received.
- Contact me directly through the consultant channel you used at purchase. I escalate to Vorwerk Canada's shipping ops team on your behalf.
- Vorwerk files a carrier claim and ships a replacement TM7. The original unit is picked up for return if it was delivered; if it was lost in transit, the carrier's investigation determines the next step.
- Replacement ships free, same consultant-linked attribution, same shipping terms, from the same warehouse.
The total resolution window is typically 7 to 14 business days from first report to replacement delivery, longer for Territories and remote addresses. In all my years consulting, shipping damage on a TM7 is rare, but when it has happened, the Vorwerk shipping ops team has consistently been fast about replacement.
